Property Information - 59 Units

 

Clara Baldwin Manor is a 59 Unit Subsidized Apartment Building for Senior Citizens.

We have 23-1 bedroom apartments and 36 efficiencies.  The Manor was recently

renovated with, new kitchens, appliances and garbage disposals.  We added new

grab bars in the bathrooms, new window air conditioners and new tile floors.

 

There are 4 floors with 15 units on each floor and 2 elevators and a parking lot.

Our laundry rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor for your convenience.

Trash rooms are located on each floor.

 

The Social Worker's office is located on the lower level along with the library,

community meeting room and recreation room.

 

In the Recreation room residents can be found playing pool or watching the Flat

Screen TV, celebrating Holidays and other special occassions.  The Meeting room

is used for health fairs, resident meetings, health screening and other educational

events, that are helpful and informative to our residents.

 

Security is our main concern at Clara Baldwin Manor.  Access to the facility is

controlled by an intercom system, which is connected to your phone.  All entries

and exits to the building are monitored by cameras and an alarm system.  We've

added to this security by replacing keys with keyfobs.

 

The Fire alarm system is very loud and alerts the Fire Department.  Each unit is

equipped with smoke/heat detectors.
